Hi, I'm Kylie!
I’m an entrepreneur with over 11 years of experience in e-commerce and digital businesses. My journey began alongside my early career as a university academic when I started a small side business selling party supplies online. Like all journeys, mine has been filled with learnings, growth, and the joy of seeing dreams evolve into reality.
Today, I run three thriving businesses from my home in Gisborne: an online shop serving a New Zealand audience, an online membership that has supported over 300 members across New Zealand and Australia, and a coaching practice dedicated to empowering female entrepreneurs.
My skill set is diverse, having grown businesses both organically through SEO, email marketing, and social media, and strategically with digital marketing techniques like meta ad funnels, live webinars, and nurturing email sequences. I blend a data-driven approach with intuition, balancing strategic planning with what feels most aligned and true.
My passion lies in supporting female business owners, especially those in the e-commerce and digital course and membership spaces. I deeply believe that our businesses reflect who we are, and I'm committed to helping women elevate themselves so their businesses can flourish alongside them.
Having personally invested in and benefitted from business coaching and high-level masterminds, I understand the power of small group coaching. Who is The Success Circle mentorship for?The Success Circle mentorship is for women based in Gisborne, New Zealand who are growing online businesses including e-commerce, digital membership, course and coaching style businesses. Your business does not need to be established but your direction needs to be in the e-commerce or digital business space. If you're based in Hawkes Bay, Bay of Plenty or surrounding areas and are happy to travel to Gisborne each month for our in-person, small group sessions, it would be lovely to have you join us too.

How do I join and when does it start?To apply, click on the "Apply Now" button and complete your application to join. Your application will be assessed and Kylie will be in contact to discuss this with you. Spaces are very limited so it's important that each business is a good fit for this mentorship. The Success Circle mentorship commences from the date that you join and continues for 6 months.

Do I need to sign up for a full 6 months?Yes. Because spaces are limited and we plan the coaching based on the mix of women and businesses participating, you'll need to sign up for a full 6 months. This also allows time for ongoing personal development to take place and deep connections to grow.

What happens during the in-person sessions?Monthly, in-person coaching sessions These sessions will take place in the morning from 9 am - 12 noon. We will break for morning tea during this time so the morning session will consist of two main parts. The first part will cover a reflection on the last month highlighting any challenges you are facing. You'll be able to bring your questions for hot seat coaching from Kylie and your peers. There will be space to celebrate successes too. We will then break for morning tea (provided) before commencing the second part of this session which will focus more on strategy. A different topic will be covered each month based on the needs of the group. This may include developing offers, funnels, launch strategies, messaging, social media, email marketing, SEO, using AI, mindset and so much more. These morning sessions are a blend of coaching, strategy, connection and reflection. These are about both you and your business. We will then break for lunch (not provided). Impact Hours The Impact Hours are all about implementation. This mentorship is not about the endless absorbing of information - we want you to implement your learnings so you keep moving forward. This session is from 1 - 3 pm and is completely unstructured and also optional. We offer our private space for you to work away from the hustle and bustle of your home or office. You'll be able to work independently or seek support from your peers or Kylie.

Offer Creation: Identify and deeply understand your ideal customer, then craft offers that meet their needs, driving customer-focussed growth. Funnel Development: Build funnels that bring new leads into your business and nurture them through to being paid customers. High Converting Messaging: Craft high converting messaging and create opt-in and sales pages that maximise conversions and sales. Data-Driven Decision Making: Collect, analyse, and use data to make decisions that drive growth and optimise strategies and funnels. Marketing: Implement effective marketing strategies, such as newsletters, social media, Meta ads, search engine optimisation (SEO), to attract and engage your target audience. Automation & Efficiency: Implement automation tools and software to streamline operations so you can focus on needle-moving actions. Work-Life Balance: Implement strategies to maintain healthy balance between business and personal life and actively prevent burnout. We do all of this within a supportive network where you can exchange insights and experiences, and create opportunities for collaborative growth.

What if I cannot make it to one of the in-person sessions?These session are held on a set day each month and are booked in at least 6 months in advance allowing you to plan your schedule around those sessions. If you’re unable to attend a session, you’ll still receive the resources and materials covered. We also encourage you to stay connected through our private online community, where you can catch up on what you missed and get support from Kylie and your peers. Please note that these sessions aren't recorded.

How is my privacy protected?Please know that this is highly important to us. We are well aware that the degrees of separation in Gisborne are small. Every single member is approved into this group having been assessed by Kylie. There is zero tolerance for gossip and breaches of privacy. All information shared within the group (both in person and in our online community), stays within the group - it is required that all members abide by this. It's imperative that our circle remains a safe space so members can share freely. Because this mentorship is for 6 months, you'll find that deep connections form where we genuinely care about each other and the success of all members.
